You're Perfectly Imperfect

Mission
Through the power of sports and the lessons learned through them, we aim to create an empowering environment to help kids learn the fundamentals of social responsibility, financial literacy, and how to become the best possible version of themselves. We help youth understand the importance of discipline and drive, as well as help them gain the proper tools, education, resources, emotional support, and access needed for them to reach their full potential and embrace their perfectly imperfect identity.
Incorporating financial literacy, we equip these young minds with essential skills in managing finances, understanding budgeting, saving, and investing, which are crucial for their future. This holistic approach ensures that they are not only physically and emotionally strong but also financially savvy, preparing them for the diverse challenges of life.
Purpose
Our purpose is to empower underserved communities through strategic partnerships and financial resources, fostering self-sufficiency, independence, and self-love in the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. We aim to create a strong foundation for the next generation of self-empowered entrepreneurs and leaders by collaborating with communities to build a brighter future for all.

Winning Her Way
At Winning Her Way, our mission is to elevate female athletes by creating greater visibility, driving economic opportunities, and fostering empowerment in sports.
Founded by Santia Deck, a decorated athlete herself, Winning Her Way was built from the firsthand experience of seeing and overcoming the disparities female athletes face. From smaller budgets to fewer sponsorship opportunities compared to male athletes, women in sports are often underrepresented, underfunded, and overlooked.
Our vision is bold: to help grow women’s sports from $1 billion to $100 billion. While this is a monumental goal, we believe that every step forward brings us closer to creating a world where young girls can dream bigger, see themselves reflected in the athletes they admire, and have the opportunities they deserve to be seen, heard, and felt.
Why We Do What We Do
At its heart, Winning Her Way is a storytelling platform. We are committed to sharing the stories of female athletes from all around the world and at every level of play—whether it’s a high school athlete making waves in her community or an Olympic champion breaking barriers.
We believe that for women’s sports to grow, consumers must first know they exist—and that starts with storytelling. Our goal is to make the visible more visible and the invisible visible by shining a light on athletes who may not receive as much recognition, while also diving deeper into the journeys of some of the world’s most beloved female athletes.
We aim to be the go-to platform where fans and supporters can learn more about female athletes—the ones they know and the ones they should know. Beyond features and spotlights, we plan to create documentaries that explore these athletes’ lives from unique angles, uncovering untold stories behind their successes and challenges.
While storytelling is our foundation, economic empowerment is a critical part of our mission. We strive to create opportunities for female athletes to grow their personal brands and secure NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals, helping them unlock their full potential. From NIL education to exclusive deal opportunities, we ensure athletes have the tools and knowledge they need to thrive off the field.
By combining impactful storytelling with actionable resources, we aim to inspire, empower, and open doors for today’s athletes—and for future generations.
