SANTIA DECK: TACKLING AMERICAN FOOTBALL
Unlike basketball’s NBA and WNBA, there is no professional American Football league for women. Women and men play flag football, a non contact variant of the game that will be at the LA Olympics in 2028, but there’s no professional women’s equivalent to the NFL.
That was about to change in 2019, with the formation of a fully-professional league. Santia Deck was chosen to be the face of the sport and signed a $1 million dollar contract.

Santia first made history by signing the largest contract in the history of women’s tackle football – with being offered a multi-million dollar contract.
In the Summer of 2020, Santia made history again by becoming the first female athlete to own her own sneaker company, TRONUS.
